Advice for Walkers
The Fife Coastal Path crosses private land. For your own enjoyment and safety and to ensure that the disturbance and damage are kept to a minimum please follow the following guidelines.
- Avoid making unnecessary noise
- Please keep your dog under control
- Please keep to the path, avoid straying on to crops and leave any gates as you find them.
- Please do not drop litter - bins are provided at all car parks.
If the Path crosses or is close to a golf course please take particular care and follow these guidelines.
- Please keep off the greens (under the new access legislation walkers can cross fairways if they do so in a responsible fashion).
- If you see a player is about to play a shot, stand quietly until the shot is played.
- Keep noise levels down - especially when golf is in play.
